Farm to Table

In-house chefs & catering. Delight your senses while you eat our scrumptious farm-to-table food. Colorado’s seasonal offerings are absolutely incredible, enabling The Riverside chefs to deliver spectacular, amazing looking and tasting food for events all year round. Our kitchen creates delicious and healthy custom menus from local farms tailored to your special event.

Farmstand Co-op buffets. The Riverside, in partnership with The Farmstand Co-op, is proud to offer an in-house Catered Farm-To-Table buffet lunch or dinner for your event. The buffet dinner includes 2 entrees, 3 side dishes and a salad. This offer can be included in corporate and community bookings, or combined with any of our wedding packages.
