Nowruz Dinner – A Persian New Year Celebration

With roots dating back to at least the 6th century B.C., Nowruz, the Zoroastrian-based Persian New Year, is a ten-day celebration ushering in Spring, honoring the spirits of nature and celebrating the ultimate triumph of good over evil. Starting on the Spring Equinox, Nowruz is a time for opulent feasts with friends and family, and making and sharing music, poetry and art.

This year, we are celebrating Nowruz at the Riverside on March 20, 5:30 pm – 10 pm with a 3-course Persian dinner, featuring a short film, live music and dancing. Full bar available to quench your libation.
